Brampton Pre-school forms part of Portishead Pre-schools, which has been operating for 58 years and is well established in Portishead.
We open Monday - Friday 9:00am-3:30pm during term time. We offer a morning or afternoon session and ask that children attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week. In addition we offer a private lunch club facility for those parents who are looking for all day care for their children. We can accommodate up to 30 children each session and children are eligible to join the setting once they reach their 3rd birthday.
Each session is staffed by an experienced team, many of whom have worked with pre-school children for a number of years. They have extensive knowledge and understanding of the needs of this age group.
In accordance with OFSTED guidelines, each session is operated by qualified, DBS checked staff who all hold a Paediatric First Aid Qualification.
All children are allocated a member of staff as a ‘Keyperson‘ when they join the pre-school, the Keyperson will document the child’s learning and developmental progress in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
