The Single Point of Access (SPA) is the number to call for those receiving healthcare services in their homes from community teams including District Nurses, Therapists and Support Workers.
It is also the number clinicians can use to refer people into community health services no matter where they live in North Somerset, including GP urgent referrals that require a response within 2 hours.
