Better Health North Somerset is a public health service funded by North Somerset, here to support the health and wellbeing of residents in North Somerset.

Content covers a wide range of topics for people of all ages. Each section has a mixture of information, support, latest news and stories from North Somerset residents who have made changes to live healthier lifestyles.

North Somerset residents aged 18+ can complete the health MOT to find out if they are eligible for 12-weeks of 1-1 or group support from the team of Healthy Lifestyles Advisors who provide residents with support to lose weight, get active, eat well and stop smoking.
